The Conference on Chiropractic & Pediatrics has been held consistently since 1991. The positive response to the first conference in San Diego, Calif., showed there was a desire and need for more continuing education in pediatrics in the chiropractic profession. The International Chiropractors Association Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics decided to provide that education on an ongoing basis. Held in different cities across the United States, the Annual Conference offers 14-20 hours of license renewal credits featuring experienced and knowledgeable speakers addressing a broad spectrum of topics relevant to chiropractic pediatric and pregnancy care.
The topics are geared toward helping doctors improve patient care for better patient outcomes by expanding their diagnostic skills, teaching them new adjusting techniques or refining those they already use, keeping them informed and updated on issues relevant and critical for them to know as family practitioners, and providing a platform for the sharing of case studies and ongoing research
By bringing together speakers with various expertise and knowledge, the Conference provides practitioners with a unique learning experience that helps enhance their professional growth and expand their clinical skills. The Annual Conference is recognized for providing quality continuing education and many of the attendees come year after year, because they have come to know there is always something new to learn.
